Scholarships and Retraining Opportunities
- Trade scholarships are available for certified workers whose manufacturing jobs are lost due to foreign trade resulting in increased imports and shifts of production operations out of the United States. These scholarships are an expanded coverage and benefits program which includes career counseling, scholarship and retraining opportunities, help finding new employment, and job search and certain relocation allowances.
